Bu sayfadan, Lnasoft tarafından geliştirilen GuardWork mobil uygulamasındaki hesabınızın ve hesabınıza bağlı kişisel verilerin silinmesini isteyebilirsiniz. GuardWork hesapları, çalıştığınız güvenlik şirketi ya da kurum ("İşveren") tarafından açılır.

Silme talebi nasıl gönderilir?

  1. Aşağıdaki formu doldurun: firma kodunuz (Uygulamanın ilk ekranında girdiğiniz GW-XXXXX biçimindeki kod), Uygulamaya giriş yaptığınız telefon numarası ve adınız soyadınız. Size dönüş yapabilmemiz için e-posta adresinizi de yazabilirsiniz.
  2. "Hesabımın ve kişisel verilerimin silinmesini talep ediyorum" kutusunu işaretleyip talebi gönderin. Ekranda talep numaranız gösterilir.
  3. Talebin hesap sahibine ait olduğunu doğrulamak için gerekirse kayıtlı telefon numaranız, verdiğiniz e-posta adresi ya da İşveren'iniz üzerinden sizinle iletişime geçeriz. İşveren'inize de bilgi verilir.
  4. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. E-posta adresi verdiyseniz sonuç size bildirilir.

Silinen veriler

  • Hesap ve giriş bilgileri: telefon numarası (kullanıcı adı), şifre, kullanıcı tipi ve oturum bilgileri.
  • Ad soyad ve profil fotoğrafı.
  • Hesabınıza bağlı olup yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunmayan diğer kişisel veriler (ör. duyuru ve bildirim okundu bilgileri).

Hesap silindikten sonra Uygulamaya bu hesapla giriş yapılamaz. Cihazınızdaki oturum ve kayıtlı hesap bilgileri "Çıkış Yap" ile ya da Uygulamayı kaldırarak silinir; Uygulamayı kaldırmak tek başına sunucudaki hesabı silmez.

Saklanabilecek kayıtlar

Aşağıdaki kayıtlar, İşveren'inizin iş, sosyal güvenlik ve ilgili diğer mevzuattan doğan yasal yükümlülükleri nedeniyle hesabınız silindikten sonra da saklanabilir:

  • Devriye kayıtları: devriye başlangıç ve bitiş zamanları, NFC/QR nokta okutmaları, form kayıtları ve formla kaydedilen konum.
  • Mesai başlangıç ve bitiş kayıtları.
  • Puantaj, bordro ve vardiya planı onay kayıtları; izin ve avans talepleri.
  • Alarm ve olay bildirimleri.
  • Güvenlik amaçlı sunucu erişim kayıtları ve bu silme talebinin kaydı.

Bu kayıtlar İşveren ile hizmet ilişkisi süresince ve ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süreler boyunca saklanır, yalnızca bu yükümlülükler için kullanılır ve süre sonunda silinir ya da anonim hâle getirilir.

Hesabınızı silmeden veri silme

Hesabınızı kapatmadan belirli verilerinizin (ör. profil fotoğrafınız ya da yüklediğiniz bir dosya) silinmesini istiyorsanız bilgi@guardwork.com.tr adresine "GuardWork veri silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; firma kodunuzu, kayıtlı telefon numaranızı ve silinmesini istediğiniz veriyi yazın. Bu talepler de en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır; yasal saklama yükümlülüğü olan kayıtlar yukarıdaki kurala tabidir.

On this page you can request deletion of your account in the GuardWork mobile app, developed by Lnasoft, and of the personal data linked to it. GuardWork accounts are created by the security company or organisation you work for ("Employer").

How to request deletion

  1. Fill in the form below: your company code (the GW-XXXXX code you enter on the App's first screen), the phone number you sign in with and your full name. You can also give an e-mail address so we can reply to you.
  2. Tick "I request the deletion of my account and my personal data" and send the request. Your request number is shown on screen.
  3. To verify that the request comes from the account holder, we may contact you through your registered phone number, the e-mail address you gave or your Employer. Your Employer is also informed.
  4. Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest. If you gave an e-mail address, we will send you the result.

Other ways

  • E-mail: write to bilgi@guardwork.com.tr with the subject "GuardWork account deletion request", including your company code (or company name if you do not know it) and your registered phone number.
  • Employer: the manager of the company you work for can also delete your account from the GuardWork management panel.

Data that is deleted

  • Account and sign-in data: phone number (username), password, user type and session data.
  • Full name and profile photo.
  • Other personal data linked to your account that is not subject to a legal retention obligation (for example "read" status of announcements and notifications).

After deletion, nobody can sign in to the App with that account. Session and saved-account data on your device are removed with "Log out" or by uninstalling the App; uninstalling the App alone does not delete your account on the server.

Records that may be kept

The following records may be kept after your account is deleted, because of your Employer's legal obligations under labour, social security and other applicable laws:

  • Patrol records: patrol start and end times, NFC/QR point scans, form records and the location recorded with a form.
  • Shift start and end records.
  • Timesheet, payslip and shift plan approval records; leave and salary advance requests.
  • Alarm and incident notifications.
  • Server access logs kept for security, and the record of this deletion request.

These records are kept for the duration of the service relationship with the Employer and for the periods required by applicable law, are used only for those obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Deleting data without deleting your account

If you want specific data deleted (for example your profile photo or a file you uploaded) without closing your account, e-mail bilgi@guardwork.com.tr with the subject "GuardWork data deletion request", including your company code, registered phone number and the data you want deleted. These requests are also concluded within 30 days at the latest; records under a legal retention obligation follow the rule above.
